While it certainly feels like I have been doing my dream job, working for myself and supporting ambitious entrepreneurs forever – that wasn’t always the case. Everyone has to start somewhere!

After achieving my Bachelor’s and Master’s, I dove headfirst into London’s vast marketing and advertising scene. I threw myself into many a marketing role and my CV straddles drastically different industries, from men’s fashion to fintech.

However, what I was really craving was a skill or craft that I could dedicate myself to and become the very best at. I took on copywriting gigs outside of my 9 to 5 and dedicated any extra time to learning the ins and outs of SEO. Within 6 months, my SEO copywriting income exceeded my full-time job and I picked up work from big name clients like WHSmith and Look Fantastic.

After 10 years in the business working for clients big and small, I’ve developed my own fail-safe SEO strategies and enjoyed using them to help smaller businesses grow into their full potential. 

After a decade in London, I am now based in Bristol. I work largely from my home office alongside my Bengal cat Elvis, who you are likely to see stealing the spotlight on our Zoom calls. In my spare time you’ll find me putting Bristol’s pop culture knowledge to the test with my very own pub quiz!
